Dr. Jessica Huizenga Was Named As The Principal Scholar

In 2006, Dr. Jessica Huizenga was named as the Principal Scholar for the Institute for Large Scale Improvement by the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She would later write her dissertation, which was entitled “Addressing Problems of Practice and Instructional Improvement in Collaborative Settings: A Theory Based Approach”. This dissertation received the 2012 Coburn Award for Outstanding Dissertation. Dr. Jessica Huizenga was pleased to be able to serve as the graduate commencement speaker for the University of Massachusetts-Lowell in 2012. Dr. Jessica Huizenga's passion is helping to expose children to expanded education opportunities.
